The attic of a 19th century house in Rotterdam has a magnificent view over the Rotterdam skyline. But the existing balcony did not offer the possibility to really enjoy it. By removing part of the roof a large terrace is created. The formerly dark and gloomy attic is transformed into a light and airy livingspace.
